Section 13:35-12.4 - Notification of change of address(a) Licensees shall notify the Committee in writing of any change from the address currently registered with the Committee and shown on the most recently issued certificate. Such notice shall be sent to the Committee no later than 30 days following the change of address.(b) Failure to notify the Committee of any change of address pursuant to (a) above may result in disciplinary action in accordance with 45:1-21(h).(c) Service of an administrative complaint or other Board-initiated process at the licensee's address currently on file with the Committee shall be deemed adequate notice for the purposes of 1:1-7.1 and the commencement of any disciplinary proceedings.
