Section 13:34-9.6 - Prohibited types or methods of advertising(a) A licensee shall not guarantee that satisfaction or a cure will result from the performance of marriage and family therapy services.(b) A licensee shall not communicate information that may identify a client without the written consent of the client.(c) A licensee shall not offer a professional service which the therapist knows or should know is beyond his or her ability to perform.(d) A licensee shall not advertise or communicate in a manner which appears to intimidate, exert undue pressure, or unduly influence a prospective client.N.J.
