Section 13:33-8.9 - Reporting of unlawful conduct

(a) A licensee shall report to the Board any incident or series of incidents that the licensee, in good faith, believes is in violation of N.J.S.A. 52:17B-41.1et seq., or this chapter.

(b) A licensee shall report to the Board any incident of unlicensed practice of ophthalmic dispensing or ophthalmic technicianry of which the licensee is aware.
