Section 13:32A-7.16 - Supervision
(a) Any hearth professional work that a licensed master hearth specialist agrees to perform, that has not been subcontracted to another licensed master hearth specialist, shall be performed only by the licensed master hearth specialist or those employees of the licensed master hearth specialist or the hearth professional work business.
(b) Remuneration of employees of a hearth professional work business shall be documented in a Form W-2 to the Internal Revenue Service, which shall be made available to the Committee upon request.
