Section 13:3-3.6 - Determination of value of prizes

(a) No licensee shall offer, award or display any prize in the licensed premises which prize's retail value is in excess of the limits established in 13:3-3.5(b).

(b) For the purpose of this subchapter, the "average retail value" of the merchandise awarded as prizes shall be based on the manufacturer's suggested retail price or commonly advertised price.
