Section 13:28-6.14 - Smoking in schools

Smoking shall be prohibited in all areas of licensed schools, including clinics, pursuant to the New Jersey Smoke-Free Air Act, 26:3d-55, and the Smoke Free Air Rules, N.J.A.C. 8:6.
