Section 13:21-21.6 - Application and license fees
(a) Every application for an auto body repair facility license shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable application fee of $ 20.00 payable to the Commission.
(b) Every application for an auto body repair facility license shall be accompanied by a license fee of $ 350.00 payable to the Commission. Such license fee shall only be returned to the applicant in the event that the Chief Administrator refuses to grant or renew an auto body repair facility license to the applicant. Such license fee, or any portion thereof, shall not be refunded to the licensee in the event that the auto body repair facility license is suspended or revoked pursuant to 39:13-1 et seq. or this subchapter.
