Section 13:21-13.16 - Penalties

The Chief Administrator may suspend or revoke the registration of any vehicle operated in the transportation of migrant farm workers in violation of this subchapter or in violation of N.J.S.A. 39:3-4, 39:3-15, or N.J.S.A. 39:3-17.
