Section 13:20-43.30 - Hearing procedures; third party emission inspector training programs

Any hearing concerning the refusal to approve or the withdrawal of approval of a third party emission inspector training program shall be conducted in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, 52:14B-1 et seq., and the Uniform Administrative Procedure Rules, N.J.A.C. 1:1.
