Section 13:20-43.26 - Additional penalties; third party emission inspector training programs

When, pursuant to 39:8-1 et seq. or any regulation adopted thereunder, the Chief Administrator has the authority to withdraw the approval of a third party emission inspector training program provider, the Chief Administrator shall also have the authority to impose an official warning as an alternative to such withdrawal of approval.
