Section 13:20-33.22 - Emission test equipment and on-board diagnostics inspection equipment maintenance

The emission test equipment and OBD inspection equipment shall be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements and the general instructions for all tests adopted by the Department of Environmental Protection at 7:27B-4.2(b) and 5.2.
