Section 13:2-18.6 - Jurisdiction

Upon the filing of the Verified Petition and answer, the Director shall determine whether the case is contested. If the case is determined to be contested, the Director shall either file it with the Office of Administrative Law pursuant to N.J.A.C. 1:1-8 or retain it under the provisions of 52:14F-8.
