Section 13:1A-5.1 - Membership

To assist with the administration of the Fund and the disbursement of monies from the Fund, the Commission shall establish a Law Enforcement Officers Training and Equipment Fund Committee. The Committee shall consist of members of the Commission appointed by the Chairman. Each Committee member shall serve at the pleasure of the Chairman.
