Section 13:1A-2.1 - Fund parameters

(a) The Fund shall support:

1. The development and provision of basic courses by Commission-approved schools;

2. The development and provision of in-service courses by approved schools; and

3. The purchase of equipment deemed necessary for or supplemental to the development and provision of basic and in-service courses.
