| anything related to or signifying a | ||
| gang, such as, but not limited to, | ||

| SECTION J9: ACTIONS IN FURTHERANCE OF A VIOLATION | ||
| J901 | Attempting, Aiding, | Attempting to commit, assisting |
| Planning, Preparing | another to commit, planning or | |
| conspiring to commit, or engaging in | ||
| an act in preparation to commit, any | ||
| violation. Any such action in | ||
