Section 13:1-9.4 - Notice of hearing

Upon the filing of the notice and petition of appeal, at least five days' notice of the time and place fixed for the hearing of the appeal by the Commission shall be given to the parties. If the matter constitutes a contested case, the Commission may refer the appeal to the Office of Administrative Law for a hearing in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, 52:14B-1 et seq. and the Uniform Administrative Procedure Rules, N.J.A.C. 1:1.
