In order to disassemble, inspect or repair pressure relief valves in the State, or for use in the State, the entity performing the function shall either have a National Board Certificate of Authorization for use of the Valve Repair ("VR") stamp or be a New Jersey registered owner-user inspection agency as set forth in N.J.A.C. 12:90-5.1 8.
