Section 12:68-1.1 - Purpose and scope

(a) The purpose of this chapter is to effectuate N.J.S.A. 34:6B-11 through 19.

(b) The chapter is applicable to all employers and applicants for employment, as those terms are defined in N.J.A.C. 12:68-1.2.
