This chapter was originally filed and became effective prior to September 1, 1969. It was adopted by the Commissioner of Labor and Industry, pursuant to the authority delegated at N.J.S.A. 34:16-21. The rules at this cite were entitled "Disability Determinations Service" having to do with the role of the Commission in determining disability claims for the Federal Social Security Act.
