Section 12:41-4.2 - Complaint resolution procedure(a) Each private career school shall have a student complaint resolution procedure, which shall include, at a minimum: 1. A method for students to file a complaint;2. A staff person designated as responsible for overseeing complaints;3. A set length of time permitted for the school to respond to complaint; and4. A method for students to file an appeal.(b) Each complaint filed by a student shall be documented in writing by the school and retained in the student's file.(c) Each private career school shall publish its complaint resolution procedure in the school catalog and in the School and Program Information Form (See N.J.A.C. 12:41-4.3) .N.J.
