Section 12:23-8.1 - Purpose and scope

(a) The purpose of this subchapter is to establish rules and procedures to govern the tuition waiver program established by 18A:64-13.1 et seq. or 18A:64A-23.1.

(b) The rules apply to job training eligible individuals and to public higher education institutions in New Jersey.
