Section 12:190-5.22 - Smoking and open flames

(a) Smoking, open flames, matches, and other sources of ignition shall not be permitted;

1. In any magazine;

2. Within 100 feet of any outdoor magazine; or

3. Within any room containing an indoor magazine.
