Section 12:18-3.8 - Filing of appeals by claimants or employers

Unless the claimant or the employer, within seven calendar days after the delivery of a determination or notification thereof, or within 10 calendar days after such notification was mailed to his or her last-known address, files an appeal from such determination, it shall be final and benefits shall be paid or denied in accordance therewith, except for such determinations as may be altered as provided in 12:18-3.7.
