Section 12:17-22.8 - Payment of family leave insurance benefits during unemployment

For each claimant who establishes entitlement to family leave insurance benefits during unemployment under 43:21-4(f)(2), his or her claim shall be paid from the Family Temporary Disability Leave Account.
