Section 12:16-13.10 - Withdrawal to inactive status

(a) An employer who is not eligible for termination of coverage pursuant to 43:21-8 may have its account withdrawn to an inactive status upon written application to the Controller or his or her designee.

1. The inactivity date shall not be earlier than the last day of the preceding calendar quarter.
