Section 11:5-12.1 - Purpose and scope

(a) The purpose of this subchapter is to implement 45:15-16.2a et seq. by establishing continuing education requirements for real estate brokers, broker-salespersons and salespersons as a condition of biennial licensure renewal, and by establishing standards for the approval of continuing education courses, course providers and course instructors.

(b) This subchapter shall apply to all individuals licensed as real estate brokers, and to all broker-salespersons and salespersons licensed in this State, and to all applicants for the approval of continuing education courses or for approval as continuing education course instructors or providers.
