The Executive Director may, on behalf of the Commission, issue an Order to Show Cause requiring a licensee or other person to appear before the Commission for a hearing, pursuant to the rules of the Office of Administrative Law, in circumstances where violations of N.J.S.A. 45:15- 17(d), 17(n), 17(o) and/or 19.1 are alleged to have occurred or where there is danger of imminent harm to the public.
