Section 11:4-23B.4 - Rates

Rates for Medicare supplement insurance policies or contracts issued pursuant to section 2 of P.L. 1995, c.229 shall be no greater than the lowest rate charged by the insurer for the same type of policies or contracts issued to persons 65 years of age or older and shall be calculated and filed in accordance with N.J.A.C. 11:4-23.1 1 and 23.12.
