Section 11:4-1.1 - Purpose and scope

(a) This subchapter sets forth procedures and requirements with respect to the New Jersey Insolvent Health Maintenance Organization Assistance Association established pursuant to N.J.S.A. 17B:32B-1 et seq.

(b) This subchapter shall apply to all member organizations of the Association pursuant to N.J.S.A. 17B:32B-1 et seq.
