N.J. Admin. Code § 11:3-8.9

Insurance companies shall maintain records of nonrenewals for not less than five years which shall include a copy of the notice of nonrenewal, data concerning the allowable number of nonrenewals in each territory computed in accordance with 11:3-8.4(a)2 and 8.5(c), and data concerning the actual number of newly insured automobiles and nonrenewals in each territory for each category, computed in accordance with 11:3-8.4(a)3. Such records and data shall be made available to the Department upon request.
