Section 11:3-8.14 - Penalties

(a) Any person violating the provisions of this subchapter shall be subject to such penalties as may be authorized by law.

(b) In addition to any such penalties, the Commissioner may, after notice and hearing, suspend or revoke the rights of any insurer or group of insurers under 11:3-8.4.
