Section 11:3-7.1 - Purpose

This subchapter implements certain provisions of the Automobile Reparation Reform Act, 39:6A-1 et seq., including the Commissioner's authority to establish the amounts and terms of additional personal injury protection benefits that must be made available to insureds electing a standard automobile insurance policy pursuant to 39:6A-4.
