Failure to comply with this subchapter shall result in the imposition of penalties as authorized by law, including, but not limited to, a penalty up to $ 1,000 for a first violation, and up to $ 2,000 for each subsequent violation, pursuant to 17:33-2; and a fine up to $ 25,000, or suspension or revocation of an insurer's certification as a qualified insurer, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 17:33C-3c.
