Section 11:3-45.1 - Purpose and scope

(a) The purpose of the subchapter is to implement 39:6A-23.1 by setting forth those procedures by which insurers shall annually submit to the Department current premium information.

(b) This subchapter shall apply to all auto insurers that have on file with the Department a current personal lines rating system for automobile insurance.
