Section 11:3-36.1 - Purpose and scope

(a) The purpose of this subchapter is to provide rules for the inspection of automobiles in connection with the issuance of physical damage insurance coverage by insurers pursuant to 17:33B-33 through 17:33B-40.

(b) The provisions of this subchapter apply to all insurers which write private passenger automobile insurance in this State.
