Section 11:3-13.1 - Purpose

The New Jersey Automobile Insurance Reform Act of 1982 (17:29A-39 ) requires that each insurer offer a range of deductibles up to at least $ 2,000 for private passenger automobile collision and comprehensive coverage. This subchapter provides rules for the implementation of the requirement and provides other options that insurers shall offer.
