Section 11:27-14.5 - Filing procedures

Any medical malpractice liability insurance rate changes, unless such are required to be filed for prior approval pursuant to this subchapter, shall be filed with the Department no later than 30 days prior to the implementation thereof, and thereafter may be implemented unless disapproved by the Department within the 30-day period.
