Section 11:24B-4.1 - Scope

This subchapter shall apply to all contracts between a carrier and a CODS or LODS, and to all contracts between two or more ODSs, at least one of which is contracted with a carrier for the performance of one or more functions set forth in N.J.A.C. 11:24B-2.4(a).
