Section 11:24B-2.7 - CODS: notice of changes to certification information

(a) Except as set forth in 11:24B-2.6, an ODS shall provide the Department with 30 days prior notice of changes to information contained in its certification unless 30 days' prior notice was impossible, in which event, the ODS shall provide notice of the change as soon as possible, but within no more than 30 days following the date of the change.

1. Notwithstanding (a) above, notice is not required with respect to changes that correct clerical errors, or which are of an administrative nature that has no impact upon the performance or arrangement for the performance of health care services for which the ODS has been certified, or which may have an impact upon the performance of health care services, but does not have an adverse impact upon the ODS' network adequacy.
