Section 11:24B-1.9 - Carriers: contracts with organized delivery systems

No ODS shall maintain contracts, either directly or indirectly, with a carrier with respect to a health benefits plan for the performance of provision of services set forth at N.J.A.C. 11:24B-2.4(a) unless the ODS is certified or licensed by the Department.
