Section 11:24A-2.1 - Scope and applicability
(a) This subchapter shall apply to all carriers that have delivered any inforce, or are offering for delivery, health benefits plans in this State.
(b) This subchapter shall apply to all health benefits plans of a carrier that have been or will be delivered or offered for delivery in this State.
