Section 11:24-5.6 - Wilm's tumor

In accordance with 26:2J-4.1, the HMO shall provide health care services to any member for the treatment of Wilm's tumor, including, but not limited to, autologous bone marrow transplants when standard chemotherapy treatment is unsuccessful, notwithstanding that any such treatment may be deemed experimental or investigational.
