Section 11:24-18.4 - Operative date

(a) This subchapter shall become operative on July 1, 2001.

(b) All noncomplying HMO contract forms submitted for approval pursuant to N.J.A.C. 11:4-40 shall be deemed withdrawn effective July 1, 2001.
