Section 11:22-5.11 - Effect on previously-approved forms

Any form that was previously filed with and approved by the Commissioner, but does not meet the requirements of this subchapter, shall be deemed withdrawn as of September 8, 2010 and may not be made available for new issue or for renewal on or after that date.
