Section 11:21-17.1 - Plan identification and marketing materials(a) Each small employer carrier which issues marketing and/or promotional materials in conjunction with the standard health benefits plans may attach its own name or identification to each of the plans, but shall also identify each of those standard health benefits plans by the alphabetical designation (B, C, D, E, HMO, HMO POS) assigned to it in N.J.A.C. 11:21-3.1. The alphabetical designation shall be clearly identified in the designation of each of the small employer carrier's standard health benefits plans.(b) All eligibility, coverage and exclusions described in the small employer carrier's marketing and/or promotional material shall be consistent with the Act and this chapter.N.J. Admin. Code § 11:21-17.1
