Section 11:21-11.11 - Penalty and fines

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 17B:27A-43, a carrier failing to comply with the requirements of this subchapter shall be subject to payment of a fine of not less than $ 2,000 nor more than $ 5,000 per violation.
