Words and terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the meanings defined by the Act, 11:20-1.2, or as further defined below, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
"Claims paid" means a dollar amount determined in accordance with statutory annual statement reporting, adjusted as required by this subchapter.
"Preceding calendar year" means the calendar year immediately preceding the reporting year.
"Reporting year" means the year in which the loss ratio report is required to be filed with the Board.
