Section 11:20-23.6 - Public notice regarding board meetings

(a) The Board shall adopt an annual schedule of regular meetings to be held during the following calendar year.

(b) The Board may schedule meetings in addition to those set forth in the annual schedule.

(c) The Board shall provide public notice for all meetings by:

1. Posting a notice at the office of the Secretary of State;

2. Posting a notice at the office of the Board at the address set forth at 11:20-2.1(h);

3. Posting a notice on the Department of Banking and Insurance website at: www.dobi.ni.gov [File Link Not Available]; and

4. Providing the notice to two newspapers of general circulation designated by the Board and to the State House Press Corps.
