Section 11:20-17.1 - Purpose and scope

(a) This subchapter provides for the quarterly submission of enrollment status reports by all members of the IHC Program, and sets forth the procedures for filing those reports.

(b) This subchapter applies to all members of the IHC Program that issue or renew standard health benefits plans to individuals.
