Section 11:2-9.19 - Exemption from N.J.S.A 17:17B-3-certain securities

Any security shall be exempt from the operation of N.J.S.A. 17:17B-3 to the extent necessary to render lawful under that section the execution by a broker of an order for an account in which he or she has no direct or indirect interest.
